By using Klara, available at klara.tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Klara is a memory layer for Claude. It connects to your Claude account via an official connector, stores memory entries you explicitly write during sessions, and returns them at the start of future sessions. Klara does not access, store, or process your Claude conversations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and keep your billing information current. You may not share your account.
You may not use Klara to store content that is illegal, harmful, or violates Anthropic's usage policies. You may not attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or circumvent storage limits through technical means.
You may not store regulated data in Klara, including protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, personal data subject to GDPR or other applicable privacy regulations where such storage would require Klara to act as a data processor under a formal agreement, or any other data whose storage is governed by sector-specific compliance frameworks. Klara is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not enter into Business Associate Agreements.
Klara is a paid service. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
You own your memory entries. Klara does not claim any rights over content you write. Closing your account permanently deletes all associated data. To request a data export, contact hello@klara.tools.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Klara's availability depends in part on Anthropic's infrastructure. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, including those caused by third-party platform changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klara is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Material changes will be communicated via email or noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
